Waiting to move my number

Hi,

I recently moved to o2 , over a week ago abd opted to keep my old number. My pac was rejected online. Went to o2 support who logged the problem. Days later still no resolution and no contact from o2. What now? Still paying my okd provider nearly 2 weeks later.
