Hi all,
I have just taken out an o2 contract for my son and during the sign up process I inputted that I wanted to keep his old number and I provided the PAC code. The paperwork I have received from o2 has his old number listed (the one he wants to keep) so it has obviously been registered but it hasn't ported and on the My o2 account it is a new number. Not sure where to go from here - any help gratefully received. Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

No ports will have occurred this week as yet, and the earliest it will happen is Thursday, otherwise follow the advice from MI5 and make contact with o2
