Just returned to O2 for sim only monthly and have received a voicemail from “Network Provider” asking me to set a PIN number so I can access voicemail from any phone. Sounds like a scam but not sure. Don’t want to have the facility but can’t even delete this iMessage. Any suggestions. Thanks Peter.

Did you manage to delete this as I can’t get rid of 🔴 red dot on call notification 🤷🏻♀️

You need to dial 901 and switch your notification method to SMS then switch it back again. The step by step insructions can be seen below
- Dial 901
- Press *
- Press 5
- Press 1
- Hang up
- Dial 901 again
- Press *
Press 5 - Press 3
- Hang up
