Voice calls cutting out while in use

I live in Brightlingsea, Colchester and have had no end of issues with voice only calls cutting out mid call, going silent for long periods then coming back, sometimes my partner answers and the call stays open but no voice is heard.

I know one of the masts was vandalised months ago but this issue has only got worse on all networks from what local residents are saying on Social Media. I will definitely be asking for some compensation!

@ThomasR33 If a mast has been vandalised and is affecting all the networks it's highly unlikely that you will be compensated. There are numerous reasons for any delays in repair. The networks may be having problems getting access to the mast's site. If you're looking for compensation, you'll need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

@ThomasR33 If, as you say, the issue is happening on all networks you can hardly expect O2 to pony up with compensation to you. See if anything in the guides below helps:

How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)

You can also reach O2 via social media and ask if they can help in any way:

Well I’m not expecting a big payout or anything, just a month refunded at least. I am currently paying £31 a month for a totally unusable service. All town residents are having network problems so are we all expected to just put up with it and keep paying full price for a rubbish quality network in our town?
