I moved from Vodafone to o2 last week and used my PAC to keep my number. Since the switch my friends and family who are with Vodafone next work can’t call me it just cuts them off but other networks can. I have called customer service 5 times and they have still not resolved the problem. I then went into o2 store today and they were also no help. They provided me with a new SIM card but it’s just the same. They told me to contact Vodafone which I did and they said there is nothing they can do the problem is with o2!! I am seriously losing the will to live now I don’t know what else I can do!! Has anyone else had this problem?
