Hi everyone, first time posting on here so please be kind 😉
For over a week now I have been getting endless automatic texts from O2 telling me visual voicemail cannot be set up on my device.
I have never attempted to activate it (didn't even know you could) - haven't done any upgrades or changed my SIM.
I have tried restarting my phone, looked up for system update - nothing.
I've looked through previous posts regarding similar issue but the solution given to other users doesn't work for me as I haven't got ANY voicemail settings on my phone so cannot switch the silly thing off to stop the messages.
This is really frustrating and becoming relentless. If anyone came across the same issue and found a solution I'd be really grateful if they could share their findings.

Look in the settings of the phone app under voicemail you will find the visual voicemail switch to turn it off.
