I have had no network connectivity for 9 days. When I attempt to speak to agent via virtual assistant I am sent here to community help. I am desperate for help, now being told via email that work on local mast is continuing until 7th March!
Does any one have any suggestions?
WiFi calling is also not working. I am confined to my home so unable to check if I have connection in different areas
