Virgin Media Wifi

I can use the 02 wifi hotspots, and I have been able to use Virgin Media Wifi on the tube however i switched my phone on and off and now it doesn’t connect to VMW on the tube. How come ? I get the error message you have to be an 02 customer to use it but I am, and as I said 02 wifi works. What is the issue ? Many thanks

The  Virgin Media Wifi on the tube is very flakey, and it could be then Access Point was playing up, I would go into the WiFi setttings and then forgot the Virgin Media SSID, and then try and reconnect.
