Ok thanks, any suggestions on how to claim cashback without 1 PDF bill? Just explain that O2 website isn't working? Or will this be a relatively quick fix?

It's been going on a while now but slowly more months are being added back.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with older bills.

Looks like they now have back to July on the previous bills list (on mine anyway) so they are gradually adding everything back...
