I have recently acquired an O2 SIM card as part of my Virgin media bundle. My main mobile is with EE. The download speeds I am getting sometimes are woeful 1 to 2 Mbit. My EE speeds are so much better. My sim is in a 4g Huawei P20 pro. I am reluctantly paying £25 a month to O2 because to keep the same Virgin media services I had to accept O2. I am happy to have another mobile connected to a different network but not with these speeds.

It may just be the area you are in which is busy but check the help here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you are still within the 14 day change of mind period it may be best to cancel the O2 sim
