My Samsung phone stopped working on m, so ordered a iPhone and ever since set up I can’t receive validation codes from WhatsApp and a few other apps. Anyone else have this problem? Can o2 help me if I get through on the phone or o2 App? Never had this problem before.

Try Meta support they maybe of more help than Apple Support...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Try customer service to check account as you need differentt settings for iPhones.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You might need to speak to WhatsApp, as I am not getting Verification messages through and it took 3 attempts on a Spusu sim which is completely separate to o2 on an iPhone....

Have you tried the Phone call option??
