Solved: VOLT and Virgin Media in Northern Ireland

Hi,

I clicked the link on 02 to get admission to access VOLT. I was told that VIRGIN MEDIA was not available in my area, which is Belfast and therefore I cannot have access to VOLT. It IS available as I have been a Virgin Media customer for well over a decade now!!!
