Hi
When I log in to VM02 Website on my Laptop it comes up with the following.
Error 400 Ooops we can't find the page you're after.
I can access the Website through my Samsung device. But not my Laptop.
Anyone else experiencing this.
Many Thanks
Matt

What website are you trying to access as the Virgin and o2 sites are seperate, and what page are you trying to access.
As I have been on myo2 this morning and all is working as it should be.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, reboot and try again.

So error 400 is your browser sending a malformed request..
Most of the time, the issue is on your end. Try these steps in order.
Check the URL: This is the most common cause. Look for typos, extra characters (like % or }), or other mistakes in the website address you entered. If you clicked a link, the link itself might be broken.
Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies: Your browser stores data to load websites faster, but this data can become corrupted. Clearing it forces your browser to download a fresh copy of the site.
How: Go to your browser's Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Make sure to select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Flush Your DNS Cache: Your computer also stores a list of website-to-IP-address translations. If this list is outdated, it can cause errors.
On Windows: Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
On macOS: Open Terminal and type sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder and press Enter.
Disable Browser Extensions: An ad blocker, VPN, or other extension could be modifying the request in a way the server doesn't like. Try disabling your extensions one by one to see if one of them is the culprit.
Check File Upload Size: If you see the error while uploading a file (like a photo or document), the file might be too large for the server's limit. Try uploading a smaller file to see if it works.
Try a Different Browser: This helps determine if the issue is specific to your main browser's settings or profile
