HERE IN WHEATLEY OXFORD WE ARE IN A POT HOLE--RECEPTION IS ALMOST ZERO---ONLY TEXTS SEEM TO GET THROUGH--THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 2YRS NOW--SPOKEN TO O2 MANY TIMES BUT ALAS WE ARE NO FURTHER FORWARD--LOCAL O2 OFFICE TOLD ME TO CHANGE NETWORKS---PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY O.K. EVERYWHERE ELSE--BUT NOT HERE--LOCAL NEIGHBOUR HAS HAD TO HAVE AN AERIAL INSTALLED ON HIS HOUSE AS THERE IS NO SIGNAL INSIDE HIS PROPERTY-----ANY IDEAS.

Best to get some PAYG SIM cards on other networks to see which is the best for you and then move.

Follow the advice given here and make sure you have WiFi Calling working at home 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Posting in all capitals on the internet is generally regarded as shouting and thus rude - I'd recommend checking your caps lock.

 

WiFi-calling can be a good indoor solution, does coverage improve in the vicinity of the Oxford Brookes campus at all?
