I upgraded my phone on Tuesday through my o2 app. I requested a new SIM and have put that into my new phone. It doesn’t appear that the data is working on the new SIM and things only work through WiFi. Does this change over automatically and how long does it take? I stayed with the same company and kept my number the same.

You need to do a sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
