Hi I upgraded my phone to a table - I pad pro, stupidly not knowing I would not be able to use my phone a longer. The sim I upgraded was in an I phone 11 phone which is still in control tract. The phone is not working at all now, I have returned the I pad pro, I have even tried another SIM card. On the network it says phone not allowed. Please help. I can not make calls or texts and have no access to any data

You need to speak to o2 and ask them to revert the tariff to either the old one if it is still available
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or use another phone and call 0344 809 0202

Meant to say the SIM card when it was upgraded was in an I phone 11 which is still in contract. The phone is showing, no network.
