Unusable mobile data / mobile broadband in my area.

Hi there, I have a mobile broadband contract with O2 and live in an area with usually good coverage. The reason I chose your network is because I consistently got 3-bars or more signal on my GiffGaff phone (which utilises the O2 network). The first month or so of the service has been great. I have consistently gotten download speeds far in excess of 10mbs and it has served my needs perfectly. In recent weeks, however, there has been a drop in coverage in my area, and the mobile internet has been essentially unusable on several occasions. These last few days in particular, it has been so slow (below 1mbs on a frequent basis) that I am trouble doing my work etc. As I am paying for a 2-year contract, and it's pretty expensive, I would really like to have an explanation for this change. I trust that this situation is not going to last much longer. It is frankly unacceptable to be paying so much for a service that has, without warning, become unusable.

O2 are upgrading many masts to cover 5G @JTGRendrag .

Problem is they haven't got all the equipment they need, due to lack of lorry drivers etc. However if you want to talk to O2 about it, as we are all customers like yourself then
