Following the help page to unlock my phone it says - sign in to O2 and select 'more' at the top of the page. There is not a 'more' button. So I'm not sure where to go.

Was using Chrome on PC. Edge had the same layout. But I found it. Thank you for trying to help.

@polecatapollo The layout for you is completely different to mine. It looks like the old version of My O2.
As I said I'm on a PC, are you using your mobile or PC?
Either way, as you say, it's not there. Try another browser if you are using a PC, If using your mobile, delete the app and reinstall. If none of the above work, then you need to contact O2 to help with unlocking.

Pleased you found it but it's still weird.
I was using Firefox on PC. I tried Chrome and had exactly the same layout as Firefox (showing the More Tab.)
Your layout looks like the old version of My O2.
Anyway as said, pleased it's sorted for you. 👍
