Hi, Can anyone help me unlatch an ancient phone please for my mum. She has broken hers and would like to use as a spare until she can get sorted with a new one.

I've tried the form online, but no joy - message is saying that it isn't an 02 device, but it definitely is.

Thanks 🙂

If you bought it from Carphone warehouse it won't be locked.
