Hi - recently noticed an unknown mobile number under my own profile which was selected as main number with mine shown as a default one.  I tried to select my number as main one then delete the unknown one but it wouldn't let me.  It had also sent a text message in my name which was NOT from me.  My local 02 shop checked my SIM card, tried to delete the profile and went through my contacts, etc. for over 1 hour today but they were also left puzzled and unable to help.  They suggested I contacted Customer Service online but this has been the nearest option as I've found it impossible to speak to anyone 😞

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
