'Unknown' callers on new SIM card

I recently switched to O2 from Plusnet and only got it to work by using a 4G SIM card instead of a 5G SIM card, using a Huawei P30 Pro. But now all callers apper as 'Unknown' (nor do they appear with their phone number), even if they are in my address book. When the same people send a SMS their correct ID from my address book is displayed. Can you please help? I don't see anything in my network settings that would block caller IDs.

@New-customer

Try turning off 4g calling

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
