Hi. Since landing in Tenerife on 9th August every incoming call has shown as unknown caller. I did change my SIM card about 3 weeks ago as I renewed my contract.
but everything was working fine until I landed in Spain.
I have been in contact with o2 both on the phone and messages for over a week. I been promised on numerous occasions that the problem is now fixed and will take 24 hours to kick in. But nothing has changed.
Any help would be appreciated as I have lost patience being passed from pillar to post with no results.

A very common issue we have had especially changing tariff or when changing sim cards
