Uncollected item from o2 shop

Hello. I didn’t collect my order in time from my local o2 store as I was self isolating. I’ve been waiting on a refund as it has been at least 3 weeks now. Anyone have any ideas as customer service is just automated & I can’t check online as it’s not a phone o ordered.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

Probably still at the shop if it's closed.
Return items won't have been collected yet until they reopen.
