Hi - my phone is currently not making or receiving calls - not connected to network

Also won't connect to mobile data so at this atge not much use.

New phone Samsung SG23 - only 1 month old

If you bought it from O2 then you need to contact them.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

It may be a sim issue and not a faulty phone at all.
