I was unable to use my mobile data while in Spain "you are not subscribed for this service" kept popping up.
This was a major problem as I was unable to open my covid vaccine app at the airport luckily I took a paper copy as a backup-I discussed with o2 live chat twice and was advised there was no issues with my account but there was as I have had no issues using data abroad in the past.
I would be very grateful for any advice thanks.

Some possible solutions:
1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
