Unable to send media / pictures to a single contact

I can no longer send media or photos to my wife by text, but I'm able to with all other contacts.

I've deleted the conversation with her and deleted her as a contact and it still won't work. 

I could send them up until about 2 weeks ago and now her media / photos / gifs that she sends me are sent to the O2 online inbox 

Can you please advise what I need to do?
