Hi,
My daughter is on O2 and has an IPhone. My wife and I are on O2 and have IPhone and Samsung phones respectively. When I ring my daughter, the call goes straight to VM. When my wife calls my daughter, her phone rings without any issues. We cant understand why my calls go straight to VM. So far we’ve:
1. Checked her phone to ensure I’m not blocked anywhere
2. Reset network connections on both phones
3. Deleted me as contact on her phone and set it up again (on both phones)
Last time we spoke to O2, they said there’s nothing more they can do. We’re now at a loss…..
Any ideas?

I would say as a check,
Put your SIM in your wife's phone...can you call your daughter
If no your number is being blocked from daughters phone/sim
If yes though, put wife's SIM in your phone can it call daughter
Let us know how that goes...

These issues are nearly always due to the number being blocked.
I would suggest a double check.

Check if your number is marked as Spam as well as being blocked
