Hi,
I'm just wondering if someone can help me on here, as this is my last resort.
I've been looking for solutions on here, I've also contacted o2 customer support several times via chat and phone calls, and even checked my settings on my android phone to no avail, about not receiving text messages and verification codes, since I ported my number from Lebara months ago.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Other than that it would have to be something with the initial porting and the different way that Lebara and O2 systems interact with each other

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
I've tried those suggestions you mentioned, like checking the service centre message number, manually selecting vodafone network and switching it back to o2, and taking out the sim card, wiping it and blowing into the sim slot, but I still seem to be having a problem with it.
Thanks for your advice and help anyway.
