swapped my contract with 02 on Wednesday, wasn’t able to make or recieve calls whilst the contract swap took place which was explained to me on Wednesday that services would be inavailable for up to 24 hours. I can not make calls and send texts, but no texts are coming through to me and when people try to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. Tried calling but told to wait, which I cannot do, I need my phone for work and this is causing me huge issues. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off again, removed my sim and reinserted it, tried it in another device and tried resetting my network. Nothing is working! Can anyone help please?

Did you just move to O2 from another network, @Snowy92?
You may benefit from resetting your handset's network settings again once the new SIM is installed, so O2's network settings are read into the handset from the new SIM and overwrite whatever settings your previous provider had set on the handset.
Otherwise as pointed out above, it's time to reach out to O2 - they are on FB and Instagram via Social Media, links in middle of the guide posted above. Good luck
