I'm unable to make or recieve phone calls

I'm also unable to access codes

These are not being recieved

I'm currently paying for a phone which I use for medical interventions

That dose not function

I'm awaiting a sim after speaking  to an o2 responder !

But I'm still without a functional phone !

@Jude85

Have a look at these guides.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Yes thankyou

I had help with this a few days ago

That's how I managed to contact 02

I'm just hoping I don't miss my medical interventions whilst awaiting  a new sim

Hope the new sim sorts the issue

I'm so fed up of this I'm hoping to cancel my account and start afresh

I've had many problems that I didn't at first identity with the switch from virgin to o2

I'm aware that it may not be all down to o2

But as I said earlier I'm without a functioning phone

And whilst the responder tried to help he kept diverting from the issue int sales

If you requested a new sim over the phone or via social media, then o2 will deactivate your current one @Jude85

You could visit your local o2 store, with photo ID, to get a new one that will replace the one in the post.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
