My 02 mobile has suddenly beome unable to make or receive calls, when I dial the number I get a constant engaged tone, when I try to make a call it just hangs up before connection. I am desperate to have my phone working as I am out of work and have interviews and agencies calling me. I will be unable to pay my bill if I can not work. I contacted by phone your technical team and they have no idea what is wrong. this has only become an issue since I set up WiFi calling yesterday however if I swith off WiFi Calling it is still the same. I need your URGET support

This is a customer lead forum.

You need to contact O2 for account issues.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

You need to call customer service.

This got resolved for me today. O2 had to disconnect my number and reconnect it after which calls could resume. Big Thanks to @O2Lisa for helping get this sorted after 7 days of calling customer services for updates

Contacting O2 is impossible.  Aura is set up for chat options but does not recognise questions about receiving and sending call, this facility is useless! So can't phone for advise, no email address and the chat facility is pointless for this issue.  Please advise further - thank you.
