I am unable to make calls. It’s not a signal issue. I’m up to date with payments. The virtual assistant is useless as advised me to ring… but I can’t as that’s my problem. The o2 messaging service no one is responding and the live chat has disappeared. Other than driving to a store any advice on how to get a live person at o2 to sort my issue but not by a phone call.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
