Unable to connect to my 4G/5G in greece

I’m currently on holiday in zante and my 4G/5G is not connecting, is there any reason for this as I’ve been here many time and I never had a problem with this before

If using an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Try to manually search for a different network

Reboot the phone

If it's an iPhone, change your data APN setting to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If all that fails, call O2 free and check if there is a roaming bar on the phone (least likely if calls and texts work but worth a shot.) Number to call from abroad here +44 7860 980 202

Change from 5G/4G to 4G/3G 


As there is no 5G roaming in Greece or anywhere for that matter...
