Hello,
I'm trying to access my O2 account online - and keep.getring advises that I have no services linked to my number, whether I access myO2, the online account, webservice etc. This includes using links from my bill notifications - please can you direct me to any known resolutions? I've been an O2 customer for over 4 years, and had the same number though multiple.devices

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
