Unable to call out on my mobile or even access the voicemail service since Monday morning
I put in an O2 service network report on Monday and no faults were reported in the area
My Account is up up-to-date
Restarted my mobile
System Software is up-to-date
Taken sim out/put back in
I've reset my network status.
Done a virus and malware check, nothing found
Deleted unused apps where necessary.
I can receive calls, but they won't direct to voicemail as tried and tested. I can access the internet/email, send texts, etc.
Can't ring O2 as I can't ring out.
At a bit of a loose end really...any thoughts anyone?
