Trying to use Volt, annoyingly bringing me back to the same pages

I am an O2 customer and a Virgin BB customer, both in my name and my address.  I have followed the link to add this, the first link from O2, takes me to the Virgin page which then takes me back to the O2 page and around and around we go.  Is there any link that is for signing up for this and doesn't send me around the houses please?
