I am trying to print last years O2 bills and can only see the past three months and the other help items on the 02 site go around in an annoying loop. Are customers being blocked or the process made awkward to use?

There's been a problem with the billing platform for a couple of weeks now. If you can see 3 months then thats an improvement. Probably be corrected completely this week.
