Hi, I hope you are well I'm trying to pay my phone bill but when I enter the card information, it sends a code to my U.K sim card, but when I put the U.K sim in my phone whilst in Brazil the code doesn't come through. So I keep getting charged for late payment. I have no idea how to pay it without being able to access the code. HELP! Thank you, Bella

You need to contact payment management.
