I just moved to the UK. I need a UK #, which is why I signed up with o2. I'm using a friend's UK number, to which you are sending the 6-digit code. She promptly texts me the code. I promptly type it in. Your website takes me back to the log in page. I start again. And so the cycle repeats. Please help me understand what I'm doing wrong. Is there a way I can talk to a live person?
