Travelling to south Africa and need data bolt on and to make calls

Hi I am traveling to South Africa form the 19th December 2023 to 6th January 2024.

I will need increased data for accessing my emails and be able to work while away. I need to make calls and receive calls using my mobile while in South Africa. 

Please could you suggest the Zone date bolt on and call tariff I need.
