I have got a o2 sim from Virgin media via volt and wanted to change the number to my existing pay monthly which is out of contract, i have made numerous call to o2 and just get the same reply about a back end issue, this has been going on for 2 weeks now and i am paying 2 bills.
help needed to resolve please.

There is no o2 support on this customer to customer community.
You will need to persevere with customer services I am afraid, all the details can be found here on how to do it Guide: Migration & porting into O2 but with all the migrations going on, and the fact the VM range is a mess, then I am not surprised...
