Hi .. I upgraded my iPhone today and for the past 4 hours I have been trying to transfer my data from my old iPhone to my new one although it looks as if it has froze it has only moved up the line very slightly! Is this normal or has the phones froze?

It shouldn't take that long.

Reboot phones and try again.
