Transfer my old mobile number

My mobile phone suppler has been changed from Virgin to 02.  I have started the process of transferring my old number xxxxxxxxxxx to replace my new number xxxxxxxxxxx allocated when I transferred from Virgin to 02.

Could you let me know how long it will be before the transfer takes place.  I don't want to let people know this new number as its going to be replaced by you but its becoming very inconvenient as people are phoning xxxxxxxxxxx and getting no reply.

You need to remove your phone number as this is a public forum, not O2.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
