Transfer existing number

I have just transferred from another provider and wanted to transfer my existing number. I provided a pac number but this hasn't been done. Can I ask why this hasn't happened.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

You didn't say when it was you gave the code.

You should get a text with the transfer date.
