The track your order section of my O2 has been like this since yesterday afternoon. Any staff in the community can get it looked at? X (Twitter) has complaints also

Sorry. Only us customers here so we can't help.

As it is obviously reported you will just have to keep an eye out

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

We have a community manager who is not customer facing.

All the advisors we had were withdrawn mid July.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
