I was running out of data so I’ve done top up of 10 gbp but I’m still facing the same problem with mobile data.

Call 4445 for customer service or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
