‘That PAC doesn’t look right‘ when trying import number

When trying to change my number, I get a message saying ‘That PAC doesn’t look right’ the PAC was provide by Lebara my old network.

 

Can someone please help with this issue?

There is no o2 support on this customer to customer community. 

 

I would firstly check that Lebara have provided you a PAC code in the correct format as its not uncommon to get malformed PAC codes as well as ones that done pass verification.

@Raghbir To add to the above, PAC codes are normally made up of nine digits and in the format "ABC123456". Make sure you have entered the code correctly. Speak to O2 and ask what they've received. You may have to go back to Lebara and request another code.

Take particular care @Raghbir around numeric zero, uppercase "O" and lower case "o" ; similarly numeric one, uppercase "I" and lowercase "l". They are easily mistaken.  

 

A copy and paste rather than retyping will avoid such problems if that is possible. 👍
