Hi since O2 took over my network from Virgin yesterday when I send a text it says failed to send but they are sometimes getting through. I read on community O2 that someone else had this problem and was told to go to settings on iPhone 11, phone and my number and it was showing original number that phone came with is the the cause. ???? It is showing the original number on my phone and when I try to change it to my current number and save it, it converts back to the original number. Is this the cause of my failed texts and how to do I rectify the change number or is it something else. Very annoying. 😩
