Some of my texts do not get through to the person I am sending them to, mainly someone who is with EE network.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Check they haven't accidentally blocked your number in their message app settings

I have the same issue @Charlotte6-8 

One of my family is on EE and suddenly a few weeks ago, my texts stopped reaching him. I get a not delivered message. He can text me but mine never get through to him . I cleared cache. He hasn't blocked me. He got a new sim...that didnt work.

Now I use Messenger or Whatsapp to get through to him. Nothing else works.

It wasn't a problem until 13th September. 🙄

You haven't mentioned a timescale here. Whilst we normally think of texts as being instant, it has been mentioned on this forum previously that they can take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
