I am trying to enter a competition on a radio station all I have to do is type a word and send it in to them by text but it keeps failing to send

Radio Competition Text tend to be chargable.

If your spend cap is zero or if you have premium text bar they won't send

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
